It didn’t clear without scrubbing after spraying it on the object.(shower floor)

It was easy to apply on my new laminate kitchen flooring. Just make sure floor is very clean to start with. After applying 2 coats and allowing the 30 minutes dry time between each application, the kitchen floor looked great with a nice shine. I'm very very pleased with the results.

This product is an essential part of maintenance

This Zep product goes on easily and dries up quickly but most importantly it seals your floor effectively to prevent any stains and vigorous cleaning.

This product works great! We have a cleaning business, and used this to wax and buff hard floors. It worked great, and has the floors still looking shiny and clean!

It is not a penetrating sealer. Once applied it will NOT enhance anything and look like you did nothing and the customer will assume you didn’t seal the floors. We put two coats on a rehoned Terrazzo floors with black rock and white grout to the proper grey looking stone dry and black stone when sealed or wetted. The Zep sealer did not do anything and stones remained grey. Had to add a Solvent base Acrylic on top of the Zip sealer to penetrate and show that it was sealed and enhance floor.

If you had a new vinyl tile put Down or have your tiles that soaks and absorb dirt then you need this floor sealer. Also, zep has a 4 step process and the floor polish gives a god shine.

It is NOT a "case of 2"

This is one SINGLE gallon. It is NOT a "case of 2." I had to go back and forth with about a half dozen Walmart customer service reps. They were all very nice, but even the "replacement" was only a single gallon. It is listed as a "single item" and it absolutely IS just a single item. They don't even sell this as a package or "case."

This was easy to apply and had no odor. I applied it with a New Large Sponge, and it went on very easily and it was easy to remove any excess. As with any Floor Treatment, be sure to watch for Hair and Dirt as you apply it.

This sealant was easy to apply, went on great and dried quickly. It is really apparent the areas we missed but we will go back over them. Also impressive was how far a little bit went. You can really see the difference before, after and from the treated area (beyond the stanchion) and untreated.

This floor stripper works pretty well. I applied it on a small portion first to see how slow or quick the product would work and to my surprise it worked pretty well.

2nd step in a 3 step process refinishing my new VCT floor

This is the 2nd step in a 3 step process (1-cleaner and 3 being the polish) refinishing my new Vinyl Commercial Tile (VCT). Check utube for the instructions. Turned out great!

This product makes a world of a difference. I was having issues in the past with the level of shine a waxed floored had. I put two coats of this stuff on the floor after stripping and then two coats of wax and the floors were left very shinning and durable. A must have when waxing.

Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer

Easy to apply & no intense chemical odor. Used a mop type wax applicator and got nice smooth application. My floor took closer to an hour to dry with the temperature in the 60's.

I was hesitant to use this product, since I hadn't used it before. Glad I tried it. Worked great. The client was very happy with how the floors looked. I put down 4 coats of sealer before putting down 4 coats of high traffic floor polish. I used a mop and bucket to put down the floor stripping fluid, and used a personal sized multi purpose floor machine to scrub the floors. Then used mop / buckets with warm water to clean the floors. I used a closed Loop-End Rayon Finish Commercial String Mop Head to put the sealer and polish down. I wet the finish mop first and then wrung it out before using it to put down the sealer. Very happy with the results. The first picture shows the floors before I worked on them, and the second picture shows what they looked like after. As you can see, they look like glass.

I have been using the Zep line of floor refinishing products at my father’s house. His vinyl flooring looks new again. After years of poor care, these floors not only look like new, they are now very easy to take care. The Zep line of products are very easy to use. My wood floors are next. Love this product! After using Zep floor stripper and rinsing well. I used this product to seal my floor and it looks like it was brand new again! The sealer made the flooring much easier to clean and maintain.I am very happy with every Zep product I have tried so far!

Tried 2 coats as recommended. Needed to wait longer for the second coat to dry before buffing. Actually tried a 3rd coat on one section. Let it sit for a day before buffing. Seemed to be an improvement over the 2nd coat. Buffed all sections of the finished floor 2 days after the initial coatings. This seemed to improve the overall appearance. Product seems to work well.

Purchased a condo and had the challenge to clean the urine and fecal stained carpet. The smell was horrendous to the point masks were needed while inside. Pulled the carpet up and then found another challenge which was fecal and urine stained concrete. Used the degreaser and the stains and smell were taken care of we then used the sealer which made the floor look very professional and no more smell what so ever. Excellent products to use together.

We bought some porcelain tile for our flooring (Florida Tile caiman red) and they are gorgeous, after installed they always looked like they were dirty and dull, while they were wet you fall in love with the texture and the looks but you will start crying when they were getting dry. We had this flooring for almost two years, I searched and searched for wax, some people was really against that and I was kind of scared to try, this past weekend I was tired of that love/hate feeling when mopping them and went back and looked a little bit more, for some reason this product popped up and we decided to give it a shot. We went against the instructions and used a cotton mop to apply it. We have been in loved for the past few days, it really brings all the details of the porcelain like if it were wet!!!! And also you can apply one coat, two, three as many as you want, the more coats you apply the shinier it looks so you can even control how much shine you are getting from your floor. If you want some wet look on your flooring this is the product to try, really does what it says it will do.
