Huge Catit fountain!

Originally bought this because I wanted my dogs to have clean water like my cats have. I found that it takes the same filter and is made by the same company. Why they don’t just call it Dogit to make it easier to find I don’t know. So my dogs love this and I like that it holds at least twice the amount of water. Now we have two more cats so I have two of these fountains, one for the dogs and one for the cats. I did switch out the fountain to one without the LED light because you can still see the water level through the little window. I change the filters on both every 30 days and the fountains are relatively quiet. I buy the 12 pack of Catit filters for replacement and that lasts 6 months so they are on autoship

My dogs love it!

I was tired of the bowl getting so yucky every time one of my dogs decided to roll around in the sand. This new fountain keeps the water flowing and clean.

Drinking fountain

My dog loves running water, so this fountain is great for him. The only problem is that I planned to put it outdoors, but the instructions say not for outdoor use.

Do not buy!

This is a complete waste of time and money. Within less than a week the pump has completely given out and will not even fill up the bowl at all for the dogs to get any water.

Great idea

My bully Rocky’s bowl would be full of slobber everytime he had a drink. I had to change his water multiple times per day so he had fresh drinking water. This bowl constantly recirculates and he always has a fresh drink. Plus a UV LIGHT in the bowl ! What a great invention.

Great Fountain

It's the perfect height for our Lab. It took a little coaxing (putting his treats in front of it) to get him interested but now he loves it. Light helps you see when to refill. Super easy to put together.

Buy filters on a regular basis

Still running on the old version I Know I will have to upgrade eventually people that say the filters are too expensive they actually recommend you only replace them once a month not weekly that's what I've been doing for 3 years now and haven't had a problem with my old fountain and should'nt with the new one when I do get it. Why some people don't realize I think when they change the filter is you must clean the pump at the same time that's probably why my pump has lasted as long as it has. My dogs and cats all drink from the same fountain and don't have a problem with it and I have multiple dogs and cats

Great fun for the dog, and has a nice big reservoir so we don't constantly have to fill it up. Is definitely getting the dog to drink more because she's finding it so entertaining (not that drinking enough was ever an issue).

Zeus Cascade Dog Drinking Fountain

Prior to my purchase of the above mentioned fountain, I had the older version for Years! The pump went out on both of these older fountains so I decided to upgrade. I am both a cat Mom and foster Mom to various age cats & some with disabilities so the large dog water fountains work out great. I replaced the old with the new updated ones and really like the added feature of stainless over the filter and an insert to help in water bubbling height action, as well as the additional water capacity. I can monitor the water level easily by the added window to the front and most of all the blue illumination provided is especially handy at night! I always recommended the dog fountains to other Foster Moms which allows larger area for cats to gather around to drink and this fountain height is an added advantage. Can’t say enough about this product and the upgrades!! Glad I made the decision to go with the Zeus fountain. Jo
