Absolute HORROR

This chair is either the worst product made or was assembled incorrectly. I have had it less than 2 months and the seat height adjustment will not stay for more than 15 minutes at a time; constant adjustment is needed. The chair squeaks any time it's touched and there is NO information on how to check if it's assembled correctly. There was nothing included but the name label attached with a rubber band to the arm. I have looked online for an owner's manual and it simply does not exist. Don't waste your money on this one.

Well Built. Very comfortable and supports my back well so I have less pain. Only deficit is it doesn’t have a tilt feature.

These chairs are not even a year old and they squeak every time you move. wouldn't recommend them .

Love the chair. Assembly was difficult for us. Not pleased with an odor that still permeates, but the chair’s comfort and flexibility are worth it.

Not a lot for the money

Seat is the best part nice thick comfortable cushion you don’t get on most mesh chairs. No adjustment on lumbar is disappointing. No head rest- disappointing but would have had to give up seat for all mesh to get one. Cheap wheels had to replace to protect my floor and cheap ugly wheel base. Would have preferred flip up armrests and these aren’t very soft but can live with them( not a critical part of the chair for me.) Overall chair is comfortable will keep it because it was the best in stock option staples had. Just way overpriced for what you get.

So far it's great

This is a very comfortable chair and seems to be well-built. It was easy to assemble and you can sit in it for long periods and not feel sore/uncomfortable. The chair and arm heights are easily adjustable. The only possible issue is the back support is fixed and not adjustable - it fits me great, but probably you want to sit in one or make sure that you could return it if it doesn't fit you. I got this on sale and so far I think it was a great value. Mine is black and would fit well in any home or work office setting. It is a light chair and would be easy to move around by the average person.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable

Bought this for the wife's home office and she loves the chair. The lumbar and seat seem to be doing the trick for keeping her back from being overly sore after sitting for extended periods.
