I bought the wrong size for my bunk bed and would have to pay for shipping to return it almost the same as I paid for it. Use blankest to stuff the sides until I can purchase two twin size

Fiber glass fear

I’ve Loved my green tea mattress for a long time now. I even influenced some friends and family members to purchase one. The other day I decided to wash the protective cover and now I have a nightmare situation with fiber glass filling my bedroom my laundry and irritating my skin and my dogs health. I am so disappointed, distraught and stressing this and no way to fix it. Definitely not worth the risk, pain or hassle now…

This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had in my life. I’ve tried using it on 3 different bed frames and could feel the slats on all of them. I highly recommend finding a different brand and mattress. This is more of a topper if anything at all.

Mattress is already saggy within 6 months.

Mattress is already saggy within 6 months. It does not hold our weight at all. As soon as we try to sit on the mattress, we have a hard time getting off.The memory foam has deviated from the edges. I would not recommend this mattress.

Best nights sleep

I have had bad back problems for years and my old mattress was getting too soft. I chose the green tea mattress because it’s cooling and firm enough. I’ve slept in my new Zinus mattress for over a week now and haven’t had a sore back once. I’m a hot sleeper too and I love that it’s cooling. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a good nights sleep.

Try to take a quick nap on this mattress at your own risk. You'll be qaking up 8 hours later ready to accomplish everything you already slept through. This is undeniably the most stable, comfortable, optimally dense bed I have ever used in my life (compared to ANYTHING I've ever slept on, ANYTHING).

Terrible customer service, mattress defected.

My mattress did not expand to full 12” size throughout the mattress and it’s very uncomfortable except for one side. I wrote to zinus and they asked for measurements of dimensions which I’ve sent. They are refusing to send replacement until I send them a photo of a problem that doesn’t exist. They are sending sample pictures to replicate of sagging and the depth of the sagging which is not my issue. No body should have to deal with this, I’m pregnant, and cant sleep because of their issue that they won’t fix.

Great choice

This mattress was ordered for my daughter's new bed and she absolutely loves it. We have problems getting her out of it in the mornings. She tells us her bed is so comfortable now. This was a great choice.

Such promise but big disappointment

I originally bought a queen size and it was the best mattress ever. I had a foolish idea to upgrade to a king so I ordered the exact same mattress but in a king size. Unfortunately, this mattress was not the same. It was extremely firm and it would create divots were I laid and it would be hard to roll out of them. After fighting with Zones for a year, they finally replaced the mattress free of charge. I was thinking that would fix everything, but the replacement was even worse. I don’t understand how each mattress can be different. Unfortunately I will needing to buy a new mattress again.
