Was too heavy for the man to carry. He had to drag it. It opened both ends and I had to tape it back shut.Because I did not want it opened because we are moving.I cant say you was a very friendly guy. Just figured they would have Had a dolly.

You will need a box spring for this mattress although it is not recommended. It takes 2-3 days for it to expand to its full potential. The mattress slides if you don't sleep in one spot. If you turn to much you may wake up on the floor especially if you don't have sides on your bed. You can't return after you have opened it.

Yes it’s a cheap mattress, but similar prices IKEA mattresses I’ve had have been more comfortable and not as cheap feeling.

This mattress is not a real hybrid mattress. It's an inner spring mattress with a bit of gel at the top. It is very heavy. I had to get a memory foam topper for it to feel comfortable.

comfy but not cooling

This is a comfortable mattress for me as a side sleeper. It's a bit more firm than I expected but still giving enough to sleep on my side without waking in pain like I used to. I don't notice a cooling element to it. Maybe without sheets you would notice it, but I actually forgot it was cooling as it didn't feel any different than my old box spring.

Pretty decent mattress for my kids

Bought this for my 3 year old and it’s perfect. Firm enough for a toddler and still very comfortable. It only took a couple minutes to unpack and was instantly fully reshaped. No sunken corners from unpacking or anything. Would definitely buy this brand again!
