Nice bed….if it comes with the hardware

We ordered a pair of these beds in twin sizes. One of them came with all hardware/manual/etc. missing and cannot be put together at all. The other came as a complete set. The bed is very nice when the hardware arrives - solid, attractive, and good value for money. Assembly not too bad. However, arranging to get the hardware has been a pain and it seems to be a systemic issue based on other reviews here and elsewhere. Nice product but quality control/customer service lacking (too hard to talk to an actual person). I am still waiting on a response from Zinus.

Sturdy bed

I was looking for a bed for my spare bedroom. This was perfect and very durable. It looks like it would be easy to assemble.

The frame and headboard was packed so well, we were amazed at the quality of the shipment. Putting it together was a little difficult, but once we had the pieces in the right place, it went smoothly. Very happy with this purchase. It's so well made, 5 stars!!

This bed is great. Packaged well, nice and neat. Assembly was straightforward. Bed looks great and sturdy.

Very easy to assemble and great quality

The bed came perfectly packed to protect the bed. It also included all the pieces to put the bed together and also had some extra pieces. The directions were simple to follow . I liked the bed so much I ordered another one.

Bed looked great online — delivered item however..was not as great.Headboard is a lot lower than the image showed. One of the legs of the bed I received was shorter than the others causing rocking.Definitely would not recommend.

Good design, simple, and easy to assemble

This bed frame is attractive, simple, and easy to put together. I am 5'1" and 60 years old and it was no problem. It is as described in the listing and looks like the picture. Good value for the money. I ordered a twin. There was a delay in the delivery of a week, but I don't think that reflects on the quality of the actual product, so I'm giving this 5 stars.

The bed frame is beautiful 8n wood and exactly what I was looking for. The price was good.

Easy to assemble

It was very easy to assemble. Didn’t take long at all. I really like to look of the bed. I am having a little trouble finding a night stand/dresser about the same color. Not a big deal though.

Looks great in our smaller bedroom. We bought the queen size and it doesn't overwhelm the room, low profile. Was easy to put together, instructions were simple but adequate and ratchet needed was included.

Beautiful, sturdy bed frame

I was hesitant to purchase a bed sight unseen from a company that I never purchased from before. However, the bed is beautiful, high quality, and very sturdy. I would definitely purchase from Zinus again.

Sturdy Bed for Great Price

You can't beat the price of this bed. The quality is great. I wish the headboard were a bit higher, but that's a minor complaint. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I like the quality of the bedframe, and it was easy to put together. But it's definitely a bit more on the orange side, so has proven to be a bit difficult to find a side table to match.
