Missing Part and Terrible Way of Handling

I will never place any order from Walmart again. I received this item and found out that there is only the headboard in the package. I called Walmart to see if I can get my missing part delivered, they told me the only way is to return the item and they will ship me a whole new set with the bed frame. However I lived in a no elevator upper floor, which means I will have to carry the whole 5 kg headboard back down and return it, while they can simply ship me the missing part and close the case. Terrible way to deal with this, I will never order things from Walmart again.

Worth the buy!

I’m so glad I decided to get this frame! The quality is really nice and I think will last a long time. I looked at a ton of different frames but found this brand and looked into it seeing really good things about it across sites. It comes packaged very well and was easy to assemble. Looks just like the picture. Came quickly too!

Sturdy but unhappy with finishes/color

Bed is sturdy as expected, but the coloring of the frame looks cheap and yellow. The headboard also looks old and faded. I have another zinus black faux leather bed that looks great, and wanted another one of a lighter color for the guest room. Thought this looked cute in the photos, but there is just something off about its colors and don’t feel like the frame and headboard match well together.

I wanted to love this bedframe. I love the genius way that Zinus ships their products - so smart. Once I assembled the frame, I realized the headboard stitching was faulty and there was a decent area that had no stitching. Called Walmart, they offered 5% back. That’s $20 for a $400 purchase. No thank you. They then offered me 10%/$40 and a 3 month extended return window so I could monitor the situation. I agreed and the stitching hasn’t worsened in that time, however, now it creaks constantly whenever we move in the bed and it drives me crazy. I’ve had it for I think 5 months. Junk. I wouldn’t buy it again. It looks really nice (minus the stitching), but poor quality.

Product coloring and shape looks different in person. It was fairly easy to assemble with two people. Had a strong odor

Beautiful and sturdy. We needed a shorter headboard for our bedroom since we would be placing the bed behind a window. The material is great and well made and it does not block out our natural light. The color was slightly darker than in the photos.

Love my new bed

Loved the quality of the bed by its price, giving my bedroom a scandinavian feel. Shipping was fast.

Extremely easy assembly, I was able to set it up by myself! Such a gorgeous bed frame! It definitely fits the modern organic look I’m going for
