Easy to Set Up

We ordered a Queen size mattress, and it arrived on or doorstep in a surprisingly compact box. Weighed about 55 lbs., so it was heavy for me, but my husband had no issues bringing it into the house. Unpacking was easy. It's vacuum formed in multiple sections that open individually. This means the mattress doesn't fly out, unfold and "inflate" as soon as you cut the package open. You do a section at a time, so the process is gradual. The included product sheet is humorous and informative. Tells you what to expect and explains some key details about the mattress. Literature says to give it 24 hours to fully take its shape, so we didn't sleep on it until the second night. The slight chemical smell that was there after unpacking went away in a day. Fit onto our bed frame with no problem. Mattress provides rather firm support, which I love, but my husband is still getting used to. But we are both sleeping soundly on it. Stays cool throughout the night, which is a real plus for my hot-sleeping hubby. I'm looking forward to seeing if the green tea and charcoal properties actually work to maintain freshness. So far very pleased with this product.
