Excellent mug. I was looking for something I could operate single-handedly, which works perfectly. The lid does get in the way a bit, but I have to tip it so I drink out of the side a bit. I hope that makes sense. It holds exactly 16 oz of coffee, as expected. It also keeps my coffee nice and hot. It fits in my cup holder in my car. I highly recommend this mug.

The Perfect Water bottle

I don't usually write product reviews but this mug is worthy of acclaim because..well.. it works so well. It never leaks, it's the right size for taking with me wherever I go, it comes apart for cleaning, the lid is design to flip off so you can get a clean drink ie the part that touches your lips is not exposed. AND you can buy replacement parts. I've used this bottle for many years and then I lost it, tragedy! So I had to replace it. It's worth the cost so hang on to it. It's the one and only water bottle for me.

Great product but for the drips down my front

I was given this mug (SM-KHE48-PT) at the end of May 2024. I've used it only for cold beverages, and it's been great at keeping them good and cold for a long time.

Problems with leaking and easily broken lid parts

I’ve bought three over past two years. Really like the fact that it keeps coffee hot for hours, but have issues with TWO of them. On one, the lid parts broke, unable to stay closed and within just 4mos. I’m pretty careful with my use, don’t toss it around.

Was given mug as a gift, and didn't really use them. First time I put coffee in it, I set it on my desk. Forgot about it until the end of the day. When I picked it up the coffee was hot after sitting all day. Now I don't leave home without it. Wearing the paint off it, could use new seals. I owned it for years now.
