Soft and pretty rug. It's a great neutral while still having plenty of earth tones to coordinate with many rooms. I added a rug pad for plushness and it's great for the living room

Zuma - ZUM-04 Area Rug

I purchased this runner in November. It has not even been a year and it looks terrible. Very disappointed in this Rugs Direct purchase. I really expected to get more than a year out of a $200 runner rug.

Bummer

I’m disappointed for the price this rug was purchased for. It looks more natural in the photos but is truly more white and gray toned. The material is more swayed like in how the material moves with foot traffic making it look dirty. Would’t recommend

I purchased this rug for our second home to replace a rug that was shedding. This was delivered quickly and looked just like what was described online. It looks great, is soft and does not shed. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Just laid down our new rug and absolutely love it. I've been looking at this rug in a store for months, so when I found it on Rugs Direct in a larger size, I finally took the plunge and bought it for our dining room. It's perfect!!

Return option

The rug colors and pattern will not work for me. Would like to be able to return the sample for a refund like I have been able to do with other major retailers.

Such a beautiful rug! I was hesitant to order this because a lot of the reviews said it looked gray in person, but that is not the case for me. This matches perfectly with my beige couch. Definitely a true tan/stone color. Love it! It does have a bit of a smell upon opening but I'm sure that will go away.

LOVE IT! I was nervous ordering it because there were many reviews saying the color is different than the photos and looks grey however, mine does not look grey in person at all. I will say that it is not as light of a tan as the photos show, but it is more of a browntaupetan color and not grey. It’s very soft and I love the color, even if it’s a little darker than the photos. My only concern is that it stinks SO bad. The odor is very strong. I have left the door closed with a window open and the fan blowing for days and it still smells. If the rug is going in a bedroom, please order ahead of time and let it air out well before using it.

Edit: I had to remove a star and update my review. While this is such a beautiful rug, and seems high quality otherwise, the smell is awful and isn't going away. It's been several weeks and the smell is still there quite strongly, almost as bad as the first day. The smell is like a strong burning rubber smell. It's gives me a terrible headache, and it bothers my husband too. It's much worse on a sunny day; so much so that I can't be in my living room for long on a sunny day. I'm deeply disappointed in this because it said it was Otex certified, and for something Otex I wouldn't expect such a horrible chemical smell. I am turned off from the brand now, which is unfortunate since they make stunning rugs.

Ordered the Ivory and Multicolor

Ordered the Ivory and Multicolor colorway and it's absolutely beautiful! Pictures are true to pattern and color. Though the rug's pile is on the thinner side, it is still soft and cushy underfoot.

Works perfectly in family room of farmhouse themed decor.

Fantastic and versatile area rug. Perfect addition to my modern farmhouse theme. Subtitle, muted pattern but enough color and variation to insure it would work with almost any decor. Had some curling memory on the tight rolled edge.

Love this rug!! I was worried about the color because of other reviews but it looks great in person! It has small hints of grey mixed in with the brown but you can’t really see it unless you’re looking for it! Really good quality and details, and shipped super quick!
