Solved my problem and without the old stem part that continually breaks…let see if this one last now

Great product. Great price. My only suggestion is, when installing, to replace the small rubber washer with plumbers putty

Bought this to replace one that someone screwed off the plunger . This one doesn’t screw off so that should stop that

Kohler drain fit but it leaked underneath the sink connection.

Works great! Our last one broke and hubby replaced it with this one in no time!

This KOHLER Clicker Drain was great. I first saw this on Ask This Old House and my needed plumbing repair allowed me to use this item. I will buy it again for my one more bathroom sink to go.

A beautiful, simple and straightforward stopper drain, for most bathroom sinks. This Kohler product has a nice brushed nickel finish on the top, which matches our faucet set perfectly. The stopper rotates easily, so you can align the trademark name after installation. The black plastic construction is rugged, simple and easy to install, without tools. The conical sealing washer is especially nice, and is heavy duty and leak-proof.

I'm giving this two stars because it is attractive. However, the clicking action is intermittent at best. Sometimes it's easy to get it to open and close. Other times it absolutely refuses to open without being mashed, not ideal for a kid's bathroom. Wish I chosen something else.

Wrong product

Kohler is known for putting the wrong product in the boxes, it’s a shame because I believe Kohler makes quality products, but as a contractor I’m tried of buying a product and having to return for the sole reason that it’s just the wrong product. I recommend most kohler products but always make sure it is the right product in the box.

This is just an excellent product. My bathroom sink drains were all broken and I almost lost my ring. Came across this and it solved the issue flawlessly. Looks really fancy too!

Works as expected but I have older sinks and I had to use some plumbing putty to get tight fit on the bottom of the sink.
