Amazing quality

I love Thai company and their family. The quality of this iron is amazing. My hair just slides right off the barrel like silk.

Purchasing again

This iron rarely catches my hair. It glides very well for a product less than $50. Sturdy. I had to drop mine dozens of times before it finally met its end on a hard hotel room floor.

Hair got caught often..clamp just fell off

A decent curling iron other than mybhair getting caught often. after almost 2 years of use the clamp just fell off this morning in the middle of curling ky daughters hair. luckily she didnt get hurt. the metal literally just detatched from where you squeeze it.

Opened, used already, and tags were taken off

I hate ordering Walmart online, it’s always open and used. If I’m paying full price why did I get a used product? Even the warning tag was ripped off!

heritage curling iron

it was the worst curling iron I've ever used. it dis nothing to curl my hair. the heat is too hot for my thin hair. i would have burn my hair enough to make the curls stick. they still flattened out after 3 hours. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Very great curler but smells awful once it is hot.

I really really like this curler!! It curls my hair very well and seems to just glide through my hair amazingly. It leaves my hair looking very smooth as well. The only thing that I noticed is that once it heats up it smells awful. The smell is so bad that I feel like I have to spray perfume straight in my hair to make it bearable. But that seems to be the only problem

Go with another brand.

Warranty service is non existent. Used the website form and no response at all. It's been a month. Instagram website directs me to a fake email that cannot be delivered. We had our curling iron for 4 months and the cord is causing the power to cut out and in. Very dangerous situation.

Problem with on/off temperature button- flakey

The curling iron does a nice job when it turns on, but sometimes it just won’t turn in when I push the button. The same button is used for the temperature setting and when it is working, my fingers will hit the button while I’m curling my hair and the temperature will change to a different setting so I have to keep switching it back to the temperature I want

Great curling iron

Love this curling iron. Doesn’t pull my hair! Great curls. Looks perfect. I have purchased lots of curling irons and this is by far one of my favorites and great price also!

Works great

I had a larger Hot Tools curling iron and my 7 year old daughter’s hairhair wouldn’t hold the curl. I was going to buy another brand but it was sold out when I got to the store. I settled on this one, and I am glad I did. It curls great, and quickly. I really like this curling iron.

Worth it!

Curled my hair so easily. It glides super smooth. I did not have issues with hair getting stuck or a burnt smell. I think this product is well worth the money and not to mention it’s gorgeous!

Love with one downfall

I absolutely love this curling iron! However, no matter what temperature I set it to, my hair always smells burnt. Even on 300, so much so that people will walk into my classroom and comment that the room smells like burnt hair.

Not worth it

It is a beautiful curling iron but my curls didn’t hold throughout the day. Also, the power button is soo easy to press and it’s located right near the handle. My hand would push it accidentally while curling my hair. This happened many, many times. I only noticed because my hair would stop curling and I’d have to look at the iron and noticed it was off and cooled down. I ended up returning this item for this reason because of the frustration it caused while doing my hair.

Great purchase!

Great curling iron!! I love that it hold my curls all day. And it also curls second day hair for me. I had never had a curling iron that does that. The clamp is a bit loose but it does not affect me due to the way I curl my hair. I also love that it does not pull my hair like other tools. Highly recommend.

Outstanding!!

I love the product! Pros for me are how nice my hair glides through the clamp and around the barrel, no pulling or tugging at all. The heat is even and powerful enough to get the job done. Cons are that the adjustment setting button is not placed well causing constant readjustments due to accidental bumps and for me the barrel size is just a little to big for some sections of my hair. I would buy it in a one inch in a heartbeat!!!!!

Not very good

Honestly not the best. My hair gets caught in the clamp and my curls do not last for some reason. Like at all. When I run my fingers through after letting the curls cool, I literally have to recurl everything. Even on the highest setting. Had high hopes for this and was very disappointed. Also does not work well at all for longer hair.

Great no name product!!!

Love this curling iron! It curls quickly for curls that last all day and doesn’t damage hair. It also feels so soft to the touch, is light weight and a really pretty rose gold. The only negative is where they placed the setting buttons-sometimes accidentally hit them and changes the temp. Other than that would highly recommend.

Must have!

I am a hair junkie! I am always up on the latest hair styling tools and products, however I usually buy top brands like CHI, Dyson, and Babyliss. I saw the reviews on this curling iron and for the price I had to give it a shot. This curling iron is amazing! Quick heat up and holds curl well. I will be buying more of this brand.

Best Hair Curling Tool!

This curling iron is amazing! Not only is it beautiful, but it gives my long, thick hair (including some tied in extensions) gorgeous, voluminous curls! I get so many compliments on my hair when I use this tool. I also love the 9 foot cord and the digital temperature display. It’s my favorite hot tool!

Not Worth The Hype

Wish I would have saved my money for a better curling iron. Not worth the hype. Doesn’t clamp the hair well. Makes my hair smell all day like burnt hair. So it’s most likely damaging it. Don’t love the best settings. Curl doesn’t hold. Design is cute and that’s about all I like about this curling iron.
