Great quality utensils!

I've had plenty of grilling accessories & utensils over the years. This set is worth it! I love the resting stand on the bottom so you can lay them down next to your cooking area. But you can also hang them using the hook loops at the end. The spatula is big so it can flip anything you got on the grill - even a big dinosaur steak. I use the basting brush all the time - I use it when I smoke ribs. I use it when I grill chicken. And the handle on the tongs is great. No complaints!

These were a surprise. I did not expect the high level of quality that each tool has. Not flimsy. Not so-so materials. A nice "heft" in each one. I HIGHLY recommend this set if you want to be able to handle your grilling with ease.

The wife figured this one out

I reviewed this grill set under the name Bub and only gave it an average rating because of the tongs not opening more than 2 inches. The wife was wanting to use the grill set and I warned her about the small opening and she told me I was being silly nobody would make tongs that small. It took her 3 seconds to pull on the rubberized hanging loop and the tongs opened to 5 inches wide and now I'm writing an adjustment to my original review. This is a good set, recommended.

This is a very nice set of grilling tools. It’s made up of tongs, a spatula, and a silicone basting brush. Each tool is heavy enough to feel satisfying, but not so heavy to be cumbersome. Each piece has a sturdy rubberized grip, a stand, and a loop for hanging. The brush and tongs are balanced so that the business end is elevated when the tool is sitting on a horizontal surface.

[Rewarded Review] Good grill set if you dont really ever use tongs

A 3 pc. Grill set that has a poorly engineered set of tongs. The Dyna-Glo grill set (model #DG3SSTB17-D), is a three pc. set consisting of a spatula, basting brush, and tongs. The grill tools are made from stainless steel and all three have a no-slip grip with very comfortable handles. All Tools have what I would call a soft silica balancing stand-off (see photo) that keeps the business end of the tool off any surface when you are not using it. All three tools have hanging loops and are approx. 18 inches in length and the OEM states to clean (handwash only) after each use. The Spatula has grease slots and a serrated-fork edge for cutting and turning. The basting brush is real nice with long silica bristles that will hold a lot of sauce and let you baste rapidly. The tongs IMO are the weak link, as they open less than two inches (1-7/8” to be exact, see photo) and that may be OK for asparagus but not for the Ribeye steaks, Salmon steaks, and pork chops that I buy. You cannot even use them to pick up an ear of corn or a pepper, they simply have too small of an opening to be useful. I found the product to be well made with no quality flaws and especially liked the balancing standoff. But the small opening of the tongs downgrades the usefulness of this set IMO. The product is made in China.

[Rewarded Review] Nice grill set

This 3-piece Stainless Steel grill set provides all you need except the grill and meat. The silicone brush will spread sauce nicely and it is heat resistant and won't leave brush bristles on your food. The tongs and spatula will move the meat or other items around on the grill as needed. Each of the tools have a foot to keep the end of the tool off of the grill wings or table. A big problem with other tools is keeping the used tool from making a mess after using them. The spatula has a sharp serrated edge and 3 grooves. A plastic shield is supplied to protect your hands from getting cut. There is minimal documentation with the set, so I can only guess that the serrated edge is provided to cut a piece of steak. My guess only. The tools are not dishwasher safe, so they must be hand washed. I think this set will get substantial use.
