Recommend these tongs, they are very sturdy and have a good locking mechanism. Easy to clean and are fine in the dishwasher, no staining or discolouration so far.

Tongs are a good length, are not hard to operate, and do their job well. Much better than my previous, too-long, flimsier grill tongs.

proven reliable tool

I purchased some cheap $5 tongs that lasted about 2 months before the rivet failed at the hinge. At the same time I also purchased one of these. In the two months 3 pairs of cheap tongs failed while the Cuisipro heavy duty tongs kept working with no issues. That is why I brought 3 more pairs. I use food tongs a lot as I grill a lot of food and tongs are the go to tool.

Best Tongs Ever

The tongs are made solid but not heavy. I like the all stainless steel construction so no bits to rust or break off. The integral locking mechanism also works brilliantly. I've owned a Cuisipro 30cm model for years and was extremely happy to find a smaller version.
