Looks beautiful paired with Adesso Dalton Table Lamp. High quality. My concern is that the "Edison" style bulb emits a very warm light color that is almost yellow. Switching the bulb to a white/bright Edison bulb, the light is brighter, but looking at the lamp directly is uncomfortable for the eyes. It really is beautiful, but I recommend really thinking about the function of the light before purchasing. I thought it would be fine, but I am not sure... Yet, the design is so pretty, I don't want to send back. It is a bit of a conundrum. Ordering and shipping from BB&B was great!

Nice enough lamp. Nice that it came with the light bulbs. My only issue is that the top or upper portion of the base is not the same finish as the rest. The rest is an "antique" brass as advertised but this upper portion is definitely more of a "satin" brass. Disappointed but learning to ignore it. Pretty decent quality, just the improper finish to complain about.

Just as described and well made. I also bought the matching desk lamp and gave it 4 stars but because the shade is made of plastic, not glass. Correction - after further inspection I believe it is a glass shade and changed it to 5 stars.

Lovely lamp!

Love this lamp! It's a bronzed gold color that matches perfectly and I was surprised it came with Edison style bulbs (which makes it a little dark in the room compared to regular bulbs). Side note, the first lamp I received had a broken/not working knob where you turn the light on and I figured it out after putting everything together. So plug it in first and turn the knob before assembling. Overstock was great with my return and sent a new lamp quickly.

Easy Living

This one lamp is changing the feel of the living room. creates a relaxing and warm environment assembling the base is a bit tricky. Wish the lamp were 3" taller.

Over-priced

This is very, very overpriced for what it is. It's really not intended for light, but merely as a showpiece. The base is just a metal encasement taped onto a weighted base, yes I said taped on! The on/off switch is so flimsy. For the price it's being sold at Macy's, you'd think you were getting a high end item, but nope.
