Im a new baker and saw others post about this pan and decided to try it. It was the perfect size, my slide out perfectly and it was easy to clean.

Fat Daddio's are the go-to pans for Instant Pots

I haven't got to use it yet because I've been sick but I follow quite a few instant pot groups on social media and this is there go to pan for cakes. I've tried other pans in my instant pot and they never got it done completely, it was always gooey in the middle. I have other Fat Daddio products and they conduct the heat well so your food gets done

Absolutely love this pan… perfect size for my homemade baking goods and I have way less problem with the “take out of the pan” process as far as I grease and empower it than the non-stick ones I had.

Great size

Was easy enough to get the angel food cake from the pan, I just wish they also had a 9 in option because I did have a little extra batter.

Just what I was looking for, one piece and not flimsy

I bought this Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Angel Food Cake Pan a couple of weeks ago during Amazon's Prime Days. I had been making lots of ice cream for an upcoming birthday party so I had a ton of egg whites that I didn't know what to do with. Enter Angel Food Cake. I needed a special pan to bake it and wound up selecting this Fat Daddio's one because I've had good luck with other products by this company. It heats/cools quickly and is not supposed to rust or flake. It is safe to use up to 550 degrees F and can be used in pressure cookers, air fryers, and freezers. (I honestly don't know what kind of cake you are going to make in a pressure cooker but oh well) The company recommends hand-washing it and states that it has a lifetime warranty. I was a little leery of using this Fat Daddio's Aluminum Angel Food Cake Pan without any kind of greasing or cooking spray but it made sense to me after reading Bravetart's history of the cake. Fat inhibits the egg whites from rising. The company suggests just lining the bottom with some parchment paper--though I did not bother with it. I loaded up the pan with the cake batter, popped it into the oven for 45 minutes, and crossed my fingers. When it came out of the oven I inverted this pan over a baking sheet and let it cool for several hours. I then ran a regular dinner knife around the outside edges of the cake as well as the inner edge around the central cone. The cake came out almost perfectly! I was impressed, especially since it was the first one I had ever made. I threw caution to the wind and cleaned the pan in the top rack of my dishwasher. It came out just fine. This pan is well worth the $16 that I paid for it on Amazon. I'd definitely recommend it to others!
