Cheesecake!

My wife's holiday cheesecake came out great!

Has two tiny dents

I received this as a gift from my husband. I looked at local stores for a 10 in. pan w/o success. I was very excited to get this, but disappointed that it has a tiny dent in the bottom & on the side. I don't think it will effect baking in it, so I kept it.

Just ok

It leaked a little from a small gap between the side and bottom at one point. Otherwise, a good nonstick surface. I probably won't use the pan a whole lot anyway, and will place it on top of another flat round baking pan to catch the leaking.

Dziwny mocowanie dołu. Nie można pokroić ciasta do końca, do samej krawędzi, bo rant przeszkadza.

Best pumpkin pie ever.

Perfect weight, durable non-stick. Made a deep dish pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and the pan performed perfectly, making a beautiful presentation.

A great purchase!

My wife has made 2 cheesecakes with this and both came out perfectly! Her other pan was a cheap aluminum one that was difficult to work with but this one is top notch!

I was really looking forward to buying a springform pan. I searched high and low for one and this product was the only one I found. It does the job but it wasn't the size I wanted.

I think it’s well made over all but the crust got darker than I expected.

The Miracle Pan

I used the pan for the first time on Thanksgiving to make a cheesecake. It was a hit! It came out perfect and clean up was easy!
