Not what I wanted

I was looking for a one piece tube pan and not at any time did it get mentioned that what I was buying was a two piece pan

Very poor quality pans

Very disappointed in the quality of the pans. One has a dent on the bottom and the other one has a dent on the side.

Saying takes half standard mix is useless for bakers who are making their batter from scratch using a family recipe. Listing more technical specs for each product, like how many cups of batter is the capacity if your pans, shows your concern for all customers, not just cake mix users. This site while it looks nice has serious defaults.

perfect size

I have a small household and I try not to make full-size cakes too often because we end up with leftover cake for days. I had long ago given away my full-size angel food cake pan assuming I was done with it. But then I discovered this half-sized pan and it is just the right size for me to cut any of my angel food or chiffon cake recipes in half!

BABKA WISZĄCA 7 żółtek ubić z 1/2 szklanki cukru i 1 cukrem wanilinowym, dodać 1/2 szklanki oliwy i 1/2 szklanki wody przegotowanej ciepłej oraz sok z 1 cytryny, 1 i 1/2 szklanki mąki i 3 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia. Do wyżej wymienionej masy dodać ubitą pianę z 7 białek i 1/2 szklanki cukru. Delikatnie wymieszać i wyłożyć do formy. Forma ma być niesmarowana. Piec 50 min w temp160 stopni C bez termoobiegu. Po upieczeniu nałożyć na butelkę i ma wisieć min 3 godziny. Po wystygnięciu łopatką drewnianą lub plastikową odkleić od boków i wyjąć. ( Za pierwszym razem może wypaść )

Too much trouble

The bottom was slightly dented and the mix leaked out and the cake did not rise as it should have. The box it came in was lightly crushed.
