really good commecial pot ... or heavy home use ... best used with gas stoves
really great winco quality . these are a bit thick so they take a little extra heat time with a conventional stove ... they if done properly get a nice no stick patina like an iron pan ......really great with the addition of the red rubber handle sleeve at extra 3 bucks or so u have a winner of a pot .. the red sleeve is hard to locate sometimes too . u have to look around sometimes to locate takes a 1 or 2 size fits both 4 and six inch sleeves

Solid pan.
Heavy duty spun aluminum pan. About 1/8 inch thick so should distribute heat evenly. Handle is stainless steel so should hold up. The handle is sort of narrow but seems very strong. Can't beat the value here.
