Saucepan Superhero

This 1 quart Cuisinart sauce pan is the perfect multi-purpose pan. I've owned sheathing 1.5 quarter pan for 5 years and it performs so well. The only problem? I needed a complimentary pan for sauce and small cooking needs. The pan is not overly bulky but has a heavy bottom, giving it a sturdy feel and performs well when whisking or stirring sauces, rouxs, and custards. I love the way the srainless steel cleans well, even with sticky and tacked on food. Highly recommend this pan.

1 Quart sauce pan

Pot is fine, lid needs work. I boiled potatoes and while cleaning the pot lid I noticed where small pieces of potatoes was embedded in the edge of the lid and between the the rim and the glass, and I can't get it out. I even took a razor blade and ran it around the edge and still couldn't get it out. Apparently there is enough room in the lid and glass for this to happen.

Awesome Little Saucepan

I love everything about this small saucepan and it's perfect for what I need, for making sauces or things of small amount. My other stainless steel saucepan was too big, even though it was small and this is the perfect size. It's well designed and built and fits my needs perfectly. Love that it's stainless steel and doesn't have a non-stick coating where you have to be extra careful not to scratch it. That's why I have switched all my saucepans to stainless steel.
