The best by a mile.

this is the best cookware I ever used. It has made me a better cook. I have some All-Clad copper core pieces as well. I hate to say this but they don't hold a candle to this cookware by every measure. Easier clean up. Heavier weight, better more uniform heating, outside finish is easy to keep looking good. Had I known what I do now I would have invested in a set of this and not the All Clad, but too late, I have a set of All Clad copper core already. IF you have a choice...choose this cookware, it just doesn't get any better then this. I really love this cookware!

Traditional sized Dutch oven

Stainless steel Dutch ovens are terrific. They can do what cast iron ovens do, just without the extra weight. If you like low slow cooking but heaviness is an issue, this is a great alternative. (Also check out the Industry 5 4-qt deep saute.)

I love Demeyere cookware. I can't say enough good things about it. The dutch oven is a great size. Works well for soup, chili or even a casserole. The 5 layers create a great conductivity whether you are boiling or simmering. The large loop handles on the lid and pot make it easy to grasp. Beautiful bright stainless that's easy to clean.
