I love this stock pot. The proportions of the base to sides is terrific. Deep enough to do many things - larges batches of pasta, a crab boil, full ears of corn or a whole mess of stock. This pot comes in handy. The two large loop handles are easy to grasp - even with oven mitts. The 5-ply construction: 2 layer of stainless steel and 3 layers of aluminum ensure the pan heats quickly and consistently. It is also responsive to all cooktops: heating and cooling at your command. The handles stay cool while on the stove and exterior treatment keeps the pans looking like new.
