Wonderful holiday gift

Gave a few of these as holiday gifts. The recipients were THRILLED and promised to serve something special for me next Christmas with their New Joyeux Noël Le Crueset stoneware!

So glad they made a mini version with the star knob. My white one arrive perfectly fine, in le creuset box, just waiting on the red which I hope arrives soon. Happy to have part of this holiday’s collection.

2 damaged shipments

I ordered this twice and both arrived damaged (the second shipment in a million pieces!) and not in the original orange Le Creuset boxes.

Great for baked brie

I used this lovely cocotte during the holiday season for baked Brie. Keeping the lid on helped keep the Brie warm and creamy. I topped it with hot honey and pecans. I wish that there were more recipes for this specific size of cocotte (24 ounces) either here or via other sources. I have done an extensive search and found very few.

Item never sent

Order cancelled due to inventory discrepancy. Notified later on as opposed to immediately. Very disappointed.

Asking for a review when you canceled my order

Isn’t the smartest thing to do. Extremely disappointed that you removed this product from your Canadian site obviously only offer in the US and don’t allow us to order through companies that normally ship to Canada. Offering a 10% discount on top of the fact that you delayed shipping the remainder of my order asking “if I still wanted those products” just added to the poor service. Another 5 days to respond to my request to yes please ship the remainder topped it off. Le Creuset you need to do better. After privacy breaches last year, poor service this year, it’s doubtful I’ll purchase your products again. There are so many quality contenders out there now. Disappointed.

Functional and Beautiful!!

Received two as a gift and I could not be happier. They are beautiful and make cooking fun. If I could afford a fleet a Le Creuset, I would have it! Please invest in this beautiful cookware!

Lovely hostess gift

This is the perfect size for a nice dip or small portion of a side dish, like fresh cranberries. The design and star handle are beautiful.
