Not sure! we might be done with this company

This was purchased for one of our rental properties. It was supposed to be shipped 3/29 and we still dont have it and it has not shipped as far as I can tell. We have had this happen before. This company does not do a good job keeping us updated about orders. I ordered 2 bladder tanks previously. they never came after several months. I checked this website and it said I had no orders, so i ordered them again. Then I received 4 of these same bladder tanks. Its so frustrating!

Actually, the "American Standard Plastic Drain Assembly in Polished Chrome, Grey" is nearly all shiny plastic. In spite of its misnaming, however, it is working perfectly well in the new sink where it is installed.

Part number was correct which made it easy to identify.

Home Depot review 1/6/2018. This is a pop-up drain assembly for the proprietary system called "Speed Connect" used on some American Standard brand faucets. This is not compatible with industry standard pop-up drain assemblies that use the traditional rod/lever arrangement. The DRAIN ASSEMBLY (M952410-YYY0A) includes: CAM ASSEMBLY (M962430-0070A) , SPONGE WASHER (M913208-007A), DRAIN MOUNTING KIT (M962431-0070A), and the STOPPER ASSEMBLY (M962432-YYY0A). The Drain Assembly does not include the CABLE ASSEMBLY (M952430-0070A).

Needed this to replace a worn out stopper in the bathroom. Installation was a breeze, it took maybe all of 15 minutes. Has been performing just as expected. The water is staying in the sink when the plunger is down. I would recommend this.
