This is a beautiful product that is packaged more professionally than any faucet, shower product I've ever purchased. Unfortunately, a set screw in the shower valve broke off after it was installed and began to leak. Needless to say, this was pretty infuriating. However, when I contacted the company to complain they sent a complete new valve assembly in a couple of days. I still do not know what caused the screw problem, but the customer service followup was excellent.
I installed it per instructions and built in leveling kit but the valve was off inside making it crooked. I already installed tile when I noticed it and was not taking tile down again. We will just have to live with it… very disappointed

Leeks at fixture to wall joints
The shower overhead arm and body shower fixture are fixed to plumbing with thumb scews and use rubber O rings and pass water have had to buy new screw in shower arm and screw in body fixtures
