We received a damaged product. The countertop was chipped in several places, and the door was crushed by the countertop. Because the countertop isn’t attached during shipping, they have it resting on the vanity with a few spacers. However, during shipping, there must have been some blunt force to the front end, and the spacers ended up breaking the door. Home Depot’s customer service also did a poor job navigating a solution that wasn’t strenuous on the customer. For such a large object, they don’t have great protocols for either replacing damaged portions, or shipping back. It is solely on the customer to figure out how to repackage and lift a 300lb object by themselves.

Gorgeous Vanity!

Purchased two - one for a men's room and one for a women's room and received so many compliments! Everything arrived in great shape - no issues installing. The sinks are a very true bright white, but look great with a neutral space.

Haven’t installed the vanity but it looks good partially out of the box. Shipping and delivery was great. Can’t wait to see it installed.

Great quality for the price

Great double sink vanity in rustic ash. Awesome quality for the price. Soft close doors and drawers work great. This is the second OVE product- the first was a stand alone 72 in tub in 2019 and it is great so far- I have purchased and haven't been disappointed . The craftsmanship is nice and sturdy of this vanity . The sink /top quartz is definitely top notch very hotel chic.

Cute Vanity but disappointed in manufactured top

I have not installed yet. Trying to decide to whether to keep it. The manufactured top has some defects. There are several nicks in it along the front edges, I wonder if it was from packaging but also makes me concerned the manufactured top is soft and won't hold up. I have read reviews of it staining from soap and water. I love the design. I am considering buying a quartz top separately. I wish Ove offered it without the top.

I love the style of this vanity. I like the white top but was so disappointed to find nicks in it close to the front edge...maybe from packaging? It concerns me that it might be soft and not hold up over time. I have seen reviews about it staining with soaps. I have been told there is no replacement tops for the 48". So I must send the whole thing back and reorder. Wondering if it is worth it to scrap the top and buy a quartz top separately? I would love the 60" as well for my master but because I use it everyday I am hesitant to have this manufactured top. The cabinet color is really nice. Wish Ove offered it with no top or a quartz option.

Loved the vanity. Exactly as advertised . Great quality. Looks beautiful in our newly remodeled bathroom. We actually got the light wood cabinet.

Very pretty. Unhappy with the manufactured top.

I received delivery of this but it has not been installed. I like the cabinet and the style very much. I am concerned about durability of the manufactured top. I really want a quartz top and and trying to decide if it is worth it to just order one separate. The top I received has some small nics in it that you can feel with your hand and see when looking at it an angle. I have read reviews that it easily stains from soap and water. I don't feel it will hold up long term. It is pretty and a the light natural look I want, just so disappointed with the top. Ove only sends replacements for the 72" and this one is a 60".

The Adjustable Shelves are AWESOME

I love the extra storage with this linen cabinet - the shelves adjust! I love that I now have extra storage in my bathroom that matches the vanity perfectly :)

Beautiful addition to add to your updated bathroom. Its so well made and the color with the gold accents brightens up any bathroom. Plenty of space for storage and essentials.

Beautiful Vanity

Beautiful vanity. Came with gold hardware instead of the silver is was suppose to but said they will send the replacements in a month or so as they were back ordered.

Not the right color

disappointed the vanity does not look like the colored pictured that they display. It’s not even close to the color and I already installed it and I’m not able to take it back out.

Still waiting for pick up and refund

This was broken. Home Depot made me PAY for full replacement and will not reimburse until the broken vanity is picked up. Scheduler did not contact us for days, pick up was supposed to be today 11am- 2pm, stayed home for it, they never came. Cannot get someone from Home Depot to help. They took over $1k and won't reimburse until picked up. Never order from Home Depot!

slow delivery

Don’t buy these vanities. I’ve been waiting for close to a month and it still hasn’t gotten to my house. Additionally, they keep moving the delivery date never have received them. I ordered them in April.

Delivered broken and never got replacement

It arrived with the vanity top badly broken. A crack all the way through it and one front corner was totally chipped off. I called Home Depot, I had to PAY for another vanity and must ship the other back. They ship the second one I had to pay for. It has not arrived. It's also now sold out everywhere. Calling home depot just routed me to someone in another country. So now we have an incomplete bathroom, I've paid for 2 vanities and only have one broken one sitting in my living room. WHERE IS MY REPLACEMENT?!
