The best non-stick pan that I've ever owned.

The handle is metal. It gets hot. I don't know why I didn't think it would, but I won't make that mistake twice. I also need to find a lid for it. Besides that, this pan is simply amazing. I have been in the kitchen for 35 years and I've never used a non-stick skillet this good. You only need to use the minimal amount of fat, cleanup is seriously the easiest thing ever and the heat distribution is really, really good. Heat retention isn't great, but that's not what this pan is for anyway. Highly recommend and I will be getting another and then a few more for my kids.

More side than cooking surface and just not a great pan on induction, even though it says it is.

This isn’t nonstick. I seasoned it as per the instructions, yet our breakfast eggs got glued to the surface. I don’t recommend this product at all.

I have not received my 12" skillet. I ordered the 10" (which we love) and the. 12" (which has not yet arrived. No one will tell me what is happening.

Tramontina stole my money and didn’t send this pan

I never received it! I have reached out to Tramontina several times and all they did was send me a tracking number which was for the other item in my shipment (I ordered this pan and a colander set). The only thing I got was the colanders.

Scam - They will charge you and not send the pan

Tramontina ripped me off. Tramontina only shipped me another part of my order and never sent me this pan and refuses to ship me this pan I ordered and customer service stopped responding to me entirely. They still charged me for it though. Scam. Don't buy.

The prefect sauté pan.

It became my favorite pan from the moment I started cooking with it. It pairs perfectly with my new induction stove top.

After one month of almost daily use, we are extremely satisfied by the overall performance of the pan: shape, heat distribution, weight, and cooking surface. I wouldn’t hesitate getting another one in a different size if storage was not limited.

I took the leap after reading all the reviews and am glad I did. I'm certainly not a chef, but so far this pan ha been great with my induction cooktop.

I was looking for a replacement for my Tratmontina non-stick frypan to use with my new induction cooktop. I bought my new frypan at Wegmans and it works like a charm - I love it!
