I absolutely love this shower head. It's surprisingly good quality considering how affordable it is. Even with our shower's tricky surfaces, it stays securely in place without any problems. Plus, the hose is really lightweight and easy to handle. I'll have a great holiday from this moment!

The shower itself is great, but the package arrived missing a crucial piece for attaching the rain shower properly. We didn't realize this until we were nearly finished with the installation. Our only option was to disassemble and return for a reorder. Thankfully, we were able to make it work...

This shower faucet set absolutely with amazing quality, rivaling even the popular shower systems found at the other top branded retail stores. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional,a true ten-star experience I got.

The shower head works incredibly well. Installation was super easy and took less than 5 minutes to replace. My only concern is that the hand shower seems to be made entirely of plastic—I'm not sure if there's any metal at all. Despite this, I would still recommend it overall.

I rarely give praise easily, but Casainc's service truly merits five stars. After our purchase, we faced a water flow issue. The Casainc representative promptly identified the problem and quickly sent the necessary part. Their service is unbeatable!!! Additionally, the finish on the shower parts is easy to maintain and looks great with just a simple towel wipe. Overall, we are extremely satisfied.

This shower head is amazing!! I recently moved into another older apartment complex where the shower fixtures were basic and had poor water flow. After installing this shower head, the water pressure has dramatically improved, and the handheld shower is just as good. It makes showers much more comfortable and refreshing. The design and engineering are excellent. I'm planning to purchase another one for the other bathroom. Highly recommended!

I'm loving this new addition to our shower. I appreciate being able to use both the rain head and the handheld attachment simultaneously, and adjusting their settings is convenient. It didn't quite earn 5 stars because it feels a bit flimsy, but it gets the job done. Now, I'm curious to see how long it lasts!

I wrote a review about this product in November. Tried really hard to try to fix the problem had to pay over $600 for the plumber to reverse the pipes because the product was manufactured incorrectly.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Main part has a manufacturing defect. The product parts are reversed, and the manufacture service is terrible. Do not do not buy this part. It’s costing me over $2000 to repair because the hot/cold water part is reversed Other customers have made the same complaint. No action has been taken by the manufacturer or Home Depot.

A nice piece but with a major flaw

The quality and finish seem to be good but the Hot/Cold fittings were mis-identified on mine.

Great Value

Purchased in May 2021 for bathroom remodel job. Installed in August, first used in August/September. On initial install the hot water would not get to max hot. After assuring the adjustable collar in the cartridge was not limiting hot water valve, Casainc mailed me a new cartridge. That fixed the hot water issue, but then another issue occurred, the valve would water hammer anytime a toilet was flushed or other faucet on the 2nd floor was used. Further troubleshooting identified potential debris clogging the inlet screens. Casainc mailed me new screens, I removed old, flushed out debris by turning water on and letting it flow right through the valve with no screen or cartridge (there was a lot of debris in the line!) Since then it has worked perfectly. I love the rain head, the wife loves the pressure out of the handheld, as she has long thick mane of hair. Customer service was exemplary. Lucy was the best! Very happy with the install and function. It looks and feels well made. I would definitely consider this product again.

Appears high quality and clean lines. I was a bit concerned after reading other reviews however I was able to read even more reviews on the product on another website which is why I went ahead with the purchase. It was well packed in the box upon arrival. This really fit the look I wanted in my new shower! Strong water pressure through the rain shower head as well as the handheld.

Wish I didn't buy

This "bargain" has turned into a VERY expensive purchase. We had this product professionally installed, but the water was not flowing properly through the showerhead. We hired another plumber to assess the problem. He found that there was a problem with our shower cartridge. The cartridge cannot be found at any local plumbing supply stores and can only be found at the company's website. I contacted the company and they sent me springs for the cartridge and a video about how to replace them. Yeah thanks. The plumbing company will not replace the springs and so they ordered a new cartridge to install. Six weeks and several HUNDRED dollars later, still waiting for the plumbers to return.

Good customer service, product is good also.

Pros -Brushed Nickel finish - all metal parts are relatively heavy and overall quality appears to be very high. Vendor even provides a pair of cotton gloves to avoid getting finger prints on brushed nickel parts.
