Any bells and whistles, attachments, etc. would overpower our tiny shower/bathroom, so this simple shower faucet is perfect. Any concerns about a rain style not having enough water pressure were unfounded with this one. The head pivots for better function. I took off a star because you need to wipe down this finish (we have brushed nickel) regularly for it to look good, but we love it otherwise.

Looks great and I like the longer arm. Had some problems with installing the dial (will likely need a Plummer) but that may just be our plumbing being troublesome.

This shower setup is a nice high-quality system. I tested and got a little more than the Flow Rate of 2.5 (GPM) with the head off which was great. Although you don’t get nearly that rate when the rain shower head is attached. The restrictor in the head severely limits the advertised flow rate. You may like the gentle rain shower I however will remove the restrictor in the head to get it moving a little faster. The 4 star rating is simply due to the flow rate when the head is attached.

I loved the look and size of this product. It was selected for a client and the modern square shower head fit the new bathroom aesthetics and the size was great for their large shower. Unfortunately even after substantial cleaning the client did not like how easily water marks showed up on it and we exchanged this for a different material.

New Shower system

I purchased the American Times Square shower system. It is beautiful! We also got the hand held unit to compliment it. I am just thrilled! It functions perfectly and we love the rain shower head along with the ease of cleaning the shower with the hand held unit!

Not what I expected for the price

Water pressure is not great. Also parts are all plastic.

Looks great, but doesn't come with an "off" valve

I love the looks of this set, but the valve that is recommended for use with the trim kit does not come with the ability to turn the water off - only temperature control. To get "off", you have to add another part, which unfortunately wouldn't fit behind the wall I'd already cut out and tiled to fit this valve. If you have a multi-output shower - like a head with a handheld - you're fine with this valve, apparently.
