Love the Shower- Button Broke
I have had this shower for >2 years. Its lovely, but agree the the touch on the shower head itself sometimes need to be a "two touch" instead of "one touch". Which is why the button exists. Unfortunately, the wall-mount button broke about a year ago, I tried to replace the battery and it was a no go-- the button is dead. I have been staring at the broken button on my counter as there is no replacement part that I can find online. Could AS offer a replacement button?

I love this shower head!
Every time I shower I remember that I needed to review this shower head. I purchased this to replace a builders grade attached to a L shaped pipe. I have been using rain showers for many years and this was my third attempt to replace the one from my previous home. This one is great. It is not too weak on the rain shower setting. I do not use the remote and have no issue using the touch pad on the shower head to change settings to rinse my hair. My husband loves the pulsating settings. It seems everything I love gets discontinued so I dread the day I have to replace this one and have thought about purchasing a back up to make sure I have an extra one.
