Very nice looking but the arm is too short! I had to buy a longer arm. Other than that, I'm happy with my choice.

Like the product, looks nice. However, your customer service is a joke. This is the third time that I have had an issue with either ordering or buying a product and given the wrong information or always being the one who has to call not once did a manager or any employee for that matter, contact me when I was having issues when I was told four times that they would call me back When the package finally arrived. I called the next day after it had arrived and never got a call Lowe’s is a memory as far as I’m concerned.

Handle diverted has obvious scratches. I ordered this same product from THD and it was also damaged. This is the same exact product both damaged both times. Sounds like a serious quality issue with delta. Considering returning this item but I would also like delta to offer a possible parts swap because everything else appears fine except this part.
