tub spout leaks
Tub spout was installed as instructed but there is a significant leak coming from the allen screw. There are no troubleshooting instructions as well. I will return & hopefully a new one will not leak.

Looks nice but has absolutely no water pressure and we have 80psi home water pressure

Beautiful faucet- the black accent color makes a great impact. The install was not simple, needed some help from plumber but once it was installed looked beautiful
Shower arm arrived damaged. Bo way to replace just that part and not return entire set. I painted it but disappointed with quality control. The rest of the shower os fine.

This trim kit was mis-labeled and failed to fit onto...
This trim kit was mis-labeled and failed to fit onto our shower. This is not a moentrol valve, this is an incompatible posi-temp valve. I paid a plumber to come out to install this kit and ended up paying for his time with an incompatible valve. This product needs to be re-named!

It is not too hard to install. I installed it on a new install so the valve. I had to solder the valve but it was not a problem
