I don't know how long the finish will hold up, but it is a very, very solid piece of trim and it's a very nice change from the oh-so-tired brush nickel. Even my plumber commented how much he liked it.

Quality is expensive.. however there’s some metal scratches in the same place (ordered multiple of these) in the circle where the top diverter knob goes.. hoping it doesn’t show once it gets installed.

Perfect shower handle to complete the set with the rain shower head and handheld shower - this one allows you to have one or both on at the same time. Note that we had to adjust the hot/cold handle so that it had a bigger range to get the hot water flowing properly, out of the box it was just luke warm, but it was easy enough to resolve.

Nice weight and packaged well. I ordered a couple of these from another big box store only to receive damaged products due to poor packaging. Thank you Wayfair for fast, quality shipping.

Buyer beware! I purchased this shower trim and valve for a client who was conflicted about buying no-brand plumbing. What I received looked like a knock off. For starters, the finish smudged horribly on contact and rubbing made it worse, I don't know how this can stay clean. Second, the font of the brand, the placement on the trim and the markings are not consistent with the picture. I don't know if this is a newer version of a previous model or not the real thing, but it is going back ASAP. Made me look bad in front of my client and this is not something I appreciate.

I have always been satisfied with my purchases from Wayfair. I currently have received all of the items that are needed to install our new shower (at about half the price of a contractor showroom). All are name brand and all are the EXACT items (by sku number) as the ones we were shown. Very Happy!
