Broken Shower Head - First Use

I purchased this kit in July, and after a long day of moving into our new house this last week, we decided to test our new shower. Not 5 minutes into the shower, the head broke off, which cut and bruised my wife's back. Lowe's tells me they cannot help me since it has been over 90 days since purchase. So, I contacted the manufacturer only to be told that the best they can do it ship me a replacement for the broken piece of plastic. What a joke.

Threaded Collar broke/snapped

Shower head is completely made out of plastic. While using the shower, the threaded collar snapped in half and the shower head popped off. Luckily it didn’t hurt someone or crack the shower pan. Very disappointed with this product, looking at all the reviews it looks like a consistent problem.

The shower head broke off within first 2 months. I will try to get replacement.

Shower Head Broke

I purchased the shower head and handle in March 2024. I tried to adjust the shower head last night and it broke. It's passed 90 days so I can't return the item. I'm disappointed with the shower head made in plastic.

Shower head is plastic. The fitting cracked three months after install.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could I would give this NO STARS! The shower head broke off after less than a week. Lowes told me the only way they would give me a refund is if I returned the shower head AND the faucet. I would have to pay a plumber $200 to remove the faucet. That is ridiculous!

Plastic ball joint doesn’t swivel, but breaks

I’m very disappointed in this raincan shower head. Looks great, but the first time I used it, I tried to turn it toward the wall & not only it would it not budge, but it snapped off! Delta sent a replacement, but it appears to have the same issue with immobility at the joint. Our contractor took a look at it and said this one’s going to break too, so we’re not installing it.

Plastic collar broke within a month

We LOVED this showerhead when it was installed. Then, on week 3 of having it, the plastic collar that connects the stem to the actual showerhead snapped, leaving us without a shower. We even had it professionally installed to make sure the valve was installed correctly.

Only I gave it a 1 is was defective straight out of the box would not turn the water off

Poor choice of material

This shower head failed in less than 3 months - came off the wall in my hands. This was installed on new plumbing, not overtightened. BUT the socket that screws to the water supply arm is made of plastic, and it broke. This part should be metal, not plastic.

I love it. Water pressure isn’t strong but the amount of water that comes out of the large square head is great. Great quality.

This set is mostly good. I like the oversize shower head but the handle is a little small in comparison. I ordered it in brushed nickle which looks great with my other fixtures. The shower head pivots which is an important feature for me. I'm fairly tall but don't like getting my hair wet in the shower, so the fact that I can adjust it is a plus. The price was a bargain too. If you're on a budget and looking for something stylish. I would recommend this faucet.
