I LOVE IT. I chose the matte black finish. This is a high quality elegant system. I needed to reach out to CASAINC because two plumbers caused damage to the shower valve pieces and the contractor wanted no part of getting it fixed right. CASAINC customer service rose to the challenge and did great to make me videos and get me the parts I needed to repair and complete the installation. I have another bathroom to renovate and CASAINC is part of my renovation planning. AWESOME!

Its OK, I guess

We had this model installed 6 months ago and the handheld shower head button no longer works, so we cannot change between the 3 spray settings. It was rarely used seeing as we had 2 other shower heads in use. The OEM company no longer sells this on its website and is unable to provide an exact replacement. There is only a 3-month warranty on it based upon the purchase date. So we are out of luck getting an exact match. Find another system with more reviews.
