Very nice, but unfortunately this did not fit our old bathroom due to different size pipes that would need to attach to the faucet handles. Check your plumbing measurements before purchasing, as it's really hard to find exactly matching accessories for this type of old shower setup.

worthless

We installed this on a new home 6 years ago. It is leaking badly. Warranty is for 5 years. I can't locate cartridges and me and my plumber have looked everywhere. The company won't replace the fixture, send me a new cartridge, or sell me a new cartridge. Yes they will not sell me a new cartridge! Horrible business with horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY!

Perfect look in our newly renovated guest bath. The fixture has a nice feel to it and very nice finish . Arrived quickly .

Broke within the first month

I love the look of this faucet, and the valve seemed substantial enough, but the flow through the hot water side went down dramatically in the first month, even though it had been professionally installed. Cold water flow stayed fine. Customer service was unhelpful, so now I'm stuck with a bad faucet or I have to order a second one and hope for the best. Live and learn.

Too expensive - it's cheaply made

Cheaply made, especially for the price! Once installed, the handles move back and forth. The shower pull is cheap so you have to be gentle with it when pulling it up.

Looks nice after installation. The water output on the shower head, seems to be better than the previous head we had. I would have given 5 stars, but the shipping time was too long.

Not flush with wall

Not totally happy with the way the faucet handles stick out from the wall. Not sitting flush against the wall. First I thought it was the fault of the plumber who installed it but he showed me the pictures from the install instructions and it was install true to specifications. Not pleased. But I guess I’ll just have to live with it. Gonna drive my OCDness nuts!

It's a nice looking set, though the handles could stand to be beefed up a bit.

Very nice quality faucet set. I was very pleased with the weight and finish for a very reasonable price. It was also nice that the rough in valve was included and we didn’t have to buy it extra.

I had to replace my old 2 handle delta in...

I had to replace my old 2 handle delta in an old cast iron tub. This assembly came with a "T" shaped mixer and a new valve system (hot/cold) but I can tell that it is much cheaper than the 20 year old delta valves and the "T" mixer is less robust. Other than those concerns, it was easy to assemble, i used copper pipe (I didn't use PEX). One thing to note is the tub faucet needs about 4-4.5" of copper pipe pushed into it and set with a allen set screw and you need to push pretty hard to get past the gasket. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SET SCREW!!!

Not many choices for two handle tub and shower controls so was a little Leary since this was not a brand I was familiar with. I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and weight of the controls.
