Corroding After Only Two Years.

Well, when this was installed I thought it looked nice. But on initial install, the hot side seat (seal) was leaking. Contacted the company and they sent a new seat and spring. Once the new seat was installed, that fixed the problem. :)

The tub and shower faucet seem to be decent quality. I had a lot of trouble getting the company to ship it to me after I ordered it. For almost 2 weeks the status said ‘Your order is being processed’. But after three calls to Wayfair, they decided to ship it to me. But when we got it, we realized the tub spout was too short, so we had to send it back. Kudos to Wayfair for their apology and offering me a discount on my next order.

The product hasn't been installed yet! I bought it thinking it was made in the United States. Nope apparently not and because of that there is a major concern as to its quality and reliability! There may even be an installation issue when I can get that far. I HOPE NOT!

They are cheap faucets and it shows. Home Depot had the best prices. You get what you pay for. I would not buy this brand again.

What I mean is that if you need a "2 knob/handles, spigot, and shower head this is a decent choice. I could not find a decent, affordable option elsewhere so I went with this one and I kept my fingers crossed. So far so good. Lotsa showers now have the single know for water, if you don't want to pay to convert and just need to keep the water flowing for your 2 knob shower, I'd say this one's ok. Nothing fancy but it does the job.

Material seemed of decent quality. A little play in the handles once installed but not annoying. Handles were smaller then expected but again acceptable. Plumber who installed it noted that we would have to get parts from Olympia since the parts were not commonly found. Look good and would buy them again.

It really spruced up the bathroom. Updates the look . Very nice finish. Very happy with the new look . Would recommend this kit to anyone wanting a n update

Perfectly replaced an old shower faucet and handles. Now looks way better and I didn’t have to replace any shower tiles. I was lucky to have access from behind the faucet.

It’s honestly a fine faucet system, but it certainly wasn’t my ideal pick. We have a two handle plumbing system in our bathroom, and the options available in this configuration are minimal to say the least. We’ve used it for about a week and it’s really just fine, not sturdy like a top brand name product would be, but it functions. Hot & cold water come on when the respective knobs are turned, and the shower comes on when you pull the lever on the faucet. We did immediately replace the shower head with a Delta though because I could tell from just looking at the one provided that it wasn’t going to be great. So, if you’re stuck with limited options like us, this one should work just okay for you as well. But honestly, if you have the room in your budget, just update your plumbing and save yourself the headache.

At this time, I can only rate the appearance of the items, as they have not been installed and used in my home yet. The faucets are very nice in color. They match other bathroom fixtures very well, even though they were not purchased together. The material appears to be sturdy, and I expect many years of efficient use out of these fixtures.

Very nice appearance and quality at the price. We wanted the quarter turn lever handles. The valve is one solid brass casting, unlike some others in this price range made with thin soldered tubing. The shower head, as others have mentioned, is pretty basic. But that was fine since I didn't intend to use it anyway.

I purchased this item in May and installed it about a month ago. The faucet and handles were great quality, but the shower head was plastic. I was a little wary, but installed it anyway. After a month of use, I barely moved the shower head while cleaning my shower and the plastic piece that screws to the shower snapped off! Of course I now cannot use my “new” shower and I’m very upset, as I’m not a “bath” person. So it looks like I’m going to the hardware store after work tomorrow to get another new shower head to replace my “new” shower head. If you buy this item, be prepared to replace the shower head, it’s JUNK!

The showerhead is small and the covers are plastic. Its not as 'nice' and sturdy as we expected it to be. We ended up using the shower head we already had since this one was so small.

I like the shape and style of the new Two Handle Tub/shower Set. The set arrived just as stated it would. I'm very pleased with in the product. It looks well made and I'm assuming It will last for quite awhile. I saved money buying this particular product at overstock because It was on sale, but also I found it to be difficult to locate at a competitive price at the other stores I searched. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the product again if I needed too.
