You will regret buying this faucet

Third diverter stem replacement and this rubber piece keeps tearing to shreds. I’ve emailed the company and they send me out replacements and are accommodating but a few months later it’s ripped again. No one can tell me the issue meanwhile water is being wasted and money. At this point I need a whole new faucet by a different brand.

Moen is always a good choice. Works well for tenants. Easy to install and looks great.

No not really. I was looking for a longer tub spout. Thought that this one would do it. But still not long enough

Attractive but not durable, would not buy again

Pieces arrived in good visual condition (no scratches or missing finish), but an internal component of the shower diverter was broken out of the box. Contacted the manufacturer, and after providing a video showing that the diverter didn't work, they shipped a replacement part promptly. Unfortunately, three months after the installation, while trying to reposition the shower head, the shower head sheared off at the plastic join. Now unsure whether diverter will hold up to repeated daily use.

Cheap shower head, easy to install, space saver

The shower head is cheap plastic but the valve itself is easy to install and saves space. I’d recommend spending the extra money for a better shower head.

Had to take it out !!!!! The waters only drips out !!!! Horrible looking it was to gray not at all Brushed Nickel.

This product met my expectations. It was missing the shower arm flange (I just reused my old one) and the shower head flow restrictor was clogged by a piece of metal. I simply disposed of that. Customer service discounted my purchase.

The faucet is adequate. The workmanship is below average. The cross tubes connecting the stems are not straight. I was able to make it work but expected better.

Sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing

It's difficult to find sets separate hot and cold faucets, which is what we needed. This set served very well.

Excellent value for the money.

Nice but couldn’t use, not compatible to current bath tub fixtures.

The diverter part inside worn after 18 months new and needed to have the plumber replace the entirety unit. The diverter is a plastic part that was cracked. $375 spent for the uninstall, replacement part and reinstall.

Ordered this set and had to return it, if you’re not remolding this isn’t the set for you. Sturdy and durable looking. Just couldn’t use it!

Leaks after a little over a year

Easy enough to install, but a pain to swap out seals. Cold water valve started leaking after a little more than a year installed and relatively little use. It looks really good and I was able to find other bath hardware to match. But a drip starting that soon is a big red flag.

Works well! Not as heavy built as the old one we took out!

I love this product and I think that "Brushed Nickel" is the next best going thing for the future for showers and bathrooms
