Their customer service got right back to me thru Amazon. They satified my questions and were on top of my order. Very happy with them. Great choice for item also. I have recieved it and it is perfect size and very sturdy. SUPER easy to put together and I have strenghth issue in my hands and arms.

Great addition to my kitchen

This was easy to assemble and provides so much space to use when I'm baking or making large batches noodles and pierogies. I love that it has wheels to quickly move it, when needed. I would purchase this again.

It's great, very sturdy and looks good. Hard to find the right trays for it so check carefully before purchasing, but I found them over at Handy Imports.

Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. Arrived early. Using it as a drying rack for paintings. Just what I was looking for.

I received just what I wanted. But it took longer for it to be delivered. Overall excellent quality baking rack. Love it!

Defective wheel

I really like this cart the only thing is that the upper back right hand corner wheel is jammed or defective it doesn’t move as if it were locked which it’s not there is no lock on that wheel and I’ve messed with it so really my cart is moving with 3 wheels properly rather than the 4, hopefully I can fix it

Great use of scape

This product made the use of space, movement of product and cooling of sauces more convenient for my crew in the small kitchen we operate. Scratch kitchen, very time consuming and cooling space consuming, carts make the day better and space more available

Very few parts which made assembly incredibly easy. I read reviews about sturdiness issues. I am guessing they did not tighten bolts all the way. Once the bolts are tightened, the rack is extremely sturdy. The large trays I got with it (sold separately) fit in the slots perfectly. The wheels feel high quality. They have a rubberized surface, pivot easily, have two locking wheels, and are very sturdy.

Very easy to assemble and dissemble. Very sturdy and versatile with different sheet pan sizes. Wish I would have thought of this years ago with Holiday baking. The plastic cover is awesome.
