This rack was more attractive and better built than expected. Also, why no mention in the description that it can be folded up, and folded out again with no tools?

Simply unfold and it's all set. This is perfect for a narrow outdoor spot. It holds one bigger flower pot at the bottom and two small ones on the top levels. It's a great steal for the price.
