These are excellent for quick fire items. Since we do not fry anything in our restaurant it takes a while to get our Potato Wedges crispy and these have helped immensely with the speed of service.

We use a lot of pizza screens. I bought this "disc" type because i thought it would last a lot longer than the "screens". It does, but I still prefer the screens because they are easier to clean and they are lighter and less expensive.

These work as supposed too, well made, hold up against everyday use and abuse. I highly recommend these especially the price, its way below any other

These heavy duty aluminum screen are perfect for really crisping up our thin crust pizzas. We do need to spray them with oil from time to time.

I love these pizza screens for cooking and serving pizza. The holes in the bottom help crisp the crust, which is especially important when making thin crust pizza.
