Was finally delivered this time I ordered it before and for some reason it said dec but it was not but it was put on the delivery truck seems odd to me!

This was a great buy! The design is amazing and well thought out. It was relatively easy (3 hours) to put up with two people. The zippered curtains are easy to open and close whether you want to enjoy the view or have privacy. Love it!❤️❤️❤️

This company is fantastic and their customer service is phenomenal. Just recently went through Hurricane Helene. I've sustained quite a bit of damage to my backyard and I bought this gazebo September 7th. The screws did rip out the posts and completely bent. Their customer service department immediately replaced these parts and it will be here tomorrow.
We won't put up until next summer so hard to say but looks like it is going to be perfect on our deck.
Not what i hoped
Is not rain or shower proof. And did not come with the mosquito netting. Would be great if came with both a rainfly and the netting

This was the worst purchase i’ve ever made it was broken bent damaged and i can’t even talk to customer service or get a replacement, refund anything. nobody will respond. NEVER order from these people.
Its very sturdy but its more like a tent.

Look intimidating but This was fairly easy to put up. The instructions were easy to follow and it looks great. The quality seems to be pretty good for the price. I recommend if you live in a windy area that you weight it down
