ordered 10x12 and received 8x12

Made in China. I had to make some minor modifications in order for it to fit together properly. Once you get it put together, it seems to be ok

A couple of the pieces were the wrong size and I had to customize them to make them fit

Where to begin. There was no communication that we would be receiving two separate packages. While assembling, we had to use our tools as the pieces weren't aligning. Once it was assembled and we started putting furniture in, we noticed it was smaller than expected. We measured, and we found our gazebo is 10x8 instead of 10x12 like advertised. There were no labels on either of packages or directions, saying our gazebo we received was wrong. We love our gazebo, but everything leading up to it has been a pain. Make sure you triple check everything before putting it together.

This product came defective and completely unusable. It is beyond repair and frankly just a scam product. It is so poorly made that I could not even connect the base of the gazebo.

I was sent a wrong part. I have been trying to get someone to help me. Given a telephone %23 in China and it will not go through.

Bad customer support

Product initially looked good, until I got half way through the assembly and found a part was missing a critical component. Now I can’t complete it !!!!

Deck upgrade

Love it and definitely upgraded our deck. We added 24ft patio lights (not included).

Shipment came in 2 boxes- all parts were provided. Engineered very well- everything fits!

poor service

didnt recieve full order got 1 of 2 boxes cant get in touch with anyone to see where 2nd box is no good with half the parts

fake reviews

not sure if this is really a good gazebo but every review I'm reading says something about a tent. it seems they took a different product and added this one to it that had incredible reviews previously. everyone is talking about camping and this doesn't seem like something you would take camping with you.

Roof cut wrong and directions subpar

The sheet metal was cut wrong so had to buy a cutter for small end. The long end I didn’t cut is the reason why there is an inch gap in roof. I improvised but roof leaks due to gap. Directions are sub par. Hopefully they will make it right.

Don't know yet. We paid $800 for this and the box is so beat we're afraid to open it. Hoping nothing is damaged as it will not be fun taking this back.
