Nice little shed

it's a nice little shed. It does not have a floor, didn't realize that, but it is fine with me. The only issue that I have is that most of my pieces were bent.

Excellent purchase!

I have to be honest first of all I wasn’t really sure to make the decision of buying the shed because I am the person who first read the comments and reviews of the product and to be honest the reviews were pretty bad based on (delivery, quality,and missing parts) . But on my experience of buying this product I had no issues at all all items were in the box and I decided of getting delivery at my local Home Depot store I highly recommend to do the same thing that way you don’t get any issues.

Bad deal

To cheaply made materials and to difficult to assemble

Too much time wasted putting the shed together.

When the unit arrived and we opened the package most of the panels were damaged, we didn’t want to attempt to send it back because the unit was to heavy to carry back to Fed-ex so we spent more time bending the panels in order to put the shed together. I would never buy or recommend the seller. I called customer care and someone was supposed to call me but they never did.

there is alot of assembly required. takes 2 people to assemble. hundreds of screws. the ones for support piece inside the shed were too short.

Too flimsy and difficult

Horrible instructions!! We wasted our money. We have assembled lots of items over the years. We are advanced level and this was the hardest shed we ever attempted. The holes didn’t line up. We basically had to build a wood frame and just used the parts.

Contacting seller about a return/exchange was imposible

Not true to size

Received the order in two packages. Open the packages some of the panels have some damage to them. I was expecting the color of the shed to be a lighter gray like the picture but received a dark gray. Also half way through the build something was not adding up. The overall measurements did not equal what the description says or the headline description. Save your money and get something that actually is true to size see pictures for actual comparison. Width that I measured is approximately 113” and length measured approximately 140”. It’s the principle of saying that it’s one thing but not giving the what the product says.

Shed was delivered in two boxes, each weighing close to 100 pounds. The boxes were dropped at the end of my 75 foot sloping driveway, leaving me to haul them up the hill on my own. Fortunately, at age 70, I have the tools and I can still do this. But I won't be ordering from Home Depot for home delivery anymore because they don't do it very well, this being just the latest in a long string of frustrations with the store, its website, and it's poor delivery service.

Metal storage shed delivered without 2 panels. Contacted Home Depot, talked with representative that was less than pleasant above having missing panels delivered. Was informed I would have to contact the home office that manufactured the shed Monday-Friday between the hours 9-5. These are the hours most normal people that are employed work making it difficult to contact the office. Showed no empathy or concern that shed was shipped with missing parts. Not good customer service

The floor was not was expected based on the picture in the add. Otherwise it was good.

I would not purchase this item again.

I ordered this shed to help with getting out of storage. I built a 10×12 floor for the shed to sit on. To my surprise, when building the shed it was not a true 10×12 shed. Also, when the package was delivered and I was unpacking it several items were bent. My roof panels were bent as well. With the roof panels bent it caused leaking issues. When putting the shed together I could not believe how small the screws were. There needs to be some upgrades to this shed. Bigger longer screws and stronger framing, as well as better latches and hinges. Last but not least, there needs to be some kind of protection on the doors. The door metal molding is very sharp and the doors are very tight closing. Have to play with the doors to get them to close.

worst $1200 I ever spent in my life

no good like heavy duty foil paper. real thin blown by heavy winds. we had to surround it with plywood. and when I notified seller, never heard anything from him/her. don't buy this one

For the price I paid really didn’t expect it to be bent up half the screw holes were not drilled I should be able to get back 1/2 my money

For the money not worth very thin metal and very very weak doors and sent two of same doors not enough trim shorted on trim had to reinforce doors
