The American Metalcraft stainless steel serving bowl is amazing. It really is beautiful especially with a fresh made salad in it. I used it for that exact purpose at a party I threw. This is a beautiful lightweight bowl. It is a perfect size for a salad that will serve a smaller banquet. When used in a restaurant, it does require some elbow grease to polish.

We used it as part of a chips and salsa station, and another time to host a tossed salad., and we envision using it for fruit salads as well. The 11" size is perfect for these functions. I love how modern the stainless steel looks, it is different from your basic white ceramic bowl, a good different. I will definitely be looking into getting the smaller size ones as well.
