It's a great mirror, but it keeps going on all day and night. I turn it on to use it and turn it off and at any random time it just goes back on. Ill be contacting the company to see what we can do about that.

returning the mirror

I didn't realize this mirror runs on 4 C batteries. I wanted to mirror to wire in and not see a chord. I will keep shopping.

horribly cheap. cannot replace the batteries without taking it off the wall. very rickety. poor construction. Lowe's has better quality items than these pieces of .......

Instructions not clear…

I found that the instructions (IMO) weren’t very clear as far as to the use of batteries. And, whether or not if the used of rechargeable batteries would work to be charged with the included power supply cord. It said a number of different batteries were acceptable. I’ll probably try and call for clarification, but would prefer a better description in the paperwork.

I inadvertently ordered this mirror twice, when I only needed one. The company agreed to take my return even though it was my mistake and even paid for return shipping. Their customer service went above and beyond. I have not installed this yet in our new remodel, but the mirror looks very sturdy and high quality. Looking forward to using this.

This mirror has just the right amount of magnification for us older ladies. The size of the mirror is perfect and looks great in my bathroom.

This mirror is made with very poor quality compared to the similar one we bought in store a few years ago. The movable joints for positioning are very stiff and hard to move into correct position. Returned.

Poor quality

I own 2 other Zadro mirrors. The first one was purchased about 10 years ago and the second was purchased about 3 years ago. Both are great. This one is very poor quality. The 10x mirror is very distorted.
