A different kind of carbon steel pan?
I have only cooked with this pan a few times so far... however the first thing I noticed is that the pan really doesn't want to take any seasoning. It is very smooth and slippery.

I wish I loved this beautiful frying pan, but it's not taking seasoning very well, so when I cook eggs, for example, a thin layer of egg fuses to the surface of the pan and prevents the rest from cooking well. I have to clean it by boiling water in it every time.

I have only used it three times and each time…..IT STUCK!!! ‼️I followed instructions to the “t” ‼️. I bought this to dispose of a cheaper skillet that started to stick& I had used it for years.. This is an awful product ‼️
