This grill pan fits perfectly on my gas stovetop. It looks like a bronze color with silver handles. The handles make it easy to turn the pan. There is room for about 4 burgers. I even had enough room to use a pot cover, inside the pan, to steam cook thick burgers to make sure that they were well done. The grill marks look really nice once the burgers have finished cooking. They look like burgers cooked on the gas grill because the ridges inside the pan are deep enough to allow the grill marks to form an impression. I really like the high sides because you can grill the side of the burgers as well as the tops and bottoms.If you haven't used cast iron before, there are detailed instructions on their website. For cleanup you can use a dish brush with soapy water. It has to be dried with a towel, rather than air dried, to prevent rust from forming. They recommend that you heat it on the stovetop for a few minutes to make sure that it is dry.

I selected this product for my wife as she makes grilled chicken on her old grill pan at least twice a week. This grill pan puts her old one to shame. It is quite a hefty pan with some weight to it with nice raised ridges that give you those great grill marks. It also has some hefty handles on both sides which are quite nice.You will need both hands to move this pan due to the weight. Just be advised this pan is pricey but it will probably last a lifetime.

The 12in cast iron double handle grill pan is a nice heavy pan that is pre seasoned right out of the box. It has a raised grid on the inside of the pan which can make nice grill marks. The cast iron skillet would make a wonderful wedding gift, or a house warming gift. This is a great cast iron skillet that should last a long time if properly taken care of.

This pan is a work of art! I like the versatility of using it on the grill, stovetop, or in the oven and for campers it can be used on a campfire as well. I've only used this to grill chicken but I'm looking forward to trying other meats and checking out several of the recipes Finex has on their web site. I've never spent a lot on my cookware so the only drawback for me is the price; but I imagine you can get your money's worth over years of use because it's guaranteed FOREVER!
