Heats really well at medium and stays hot. Not quite enough room for excess grease, although it didn’t spill over

Product was great but packaging for such a heavy item was very poor. The box came with all kinds of tears. Fortunately grill was unmarked.
Defect and terrible service
Purchased this 2 months ago and it cracked while using. Customer service only offered 30% off to purchase another one because I did not keep the receipt. I had great reviews from family and friends about their products. Will not be purchasing another product because it’s clearly defective and customer service does not try to retain customers.
