Awesome!

The quality of the cast iron is EXCELLENT! It's definitely solid and it fits our stove perfectly. It is a little heavy, but it's fine because we rarely move it. Loved that it already came seasoned. It's still gorgeous after having been used over 20 times now. Perfect for pancakes, tortillas, grilled cheese, quesadillas...etc. My only con is the handle holes are a little big and take up precious griddle space. But other than that, this beauty is a winner!

The griddle fits perfect on my stove and now it has become a part of my everyday prep for meals. Just love it!

It was exactly what I needed. Using it to barbecue cuts down on the cleaning of the entire barbecue!

Terrific pan

I have used the grill and flat griddle many times in the last two weeks. I found the best way to clean the pan is with kosher salt. The flat side did not work well for pancakes but everything else cooked perfectly.

Good buy, works well

I bought a new gas stove with a burner for a grill pan, but it would have cost an additional $100+ for the grill pan. I found this one for less than 1/2 that amount that fits perfectly.
